FANNA Polewear Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by FANNA Polewear Kft, (based in: Hungary, 1073 Budapest Kertész utca 41 2/7)

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open internationally to individuals aged 18 or older. No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from April 22, 2025 at 6:00 PM (GMT+2) to April 25, 2025 at 6:00 PM (GMT+2).

4. How to Enter

Participants must complete all of the following steps:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram

  • Follow the specific collaborator account mentioned in the post

  • Comment as instructed in the post

Each user may only enter once per giveaway post. Multiple entries across different posts are allowed. One winner will be selected per giveaway post.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner per giveaway post will receive a 100 EUR gift card to use at fannapolewear.com

    • The gift card is valid for products only

    • Cannot be used for shipping.

    • It must be used in one single purchase

    • It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

    • Valid until 2025.12.31.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries across all participating giveaway posts.
The winner will be announced on the Instagram Story of the collaborator account where the winning entry was submitted after the giveaway ends.

The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.
 If no response is received within that time, another winner may be selected.

7. Data Privacy

By participating, entrants agree that FANNA Polewear and the collaborating Instagram account may collect and use their Instagram handles solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

No personal data will be stored, processed beyond the duration of the giveaway, or shared with any third parties. Participation does not imply subscription to any marketing communications.
